The brand of the mobile phone is not important. What matters is the version of the operating system installed on the device. The Avant2Go application is available for newer versions of the iOS and Android operating systems. 

A functional internet connection is required for reservations, starting the rental, unlocking/locking the vehicle and ending the rental (we recommend at least LTE/4G).
